1. History of the formation of vulcanized insulation rubber materials<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1839, Charles Goodyear (12\/29\/1800 \u2013 1\/1\/1860) stumbled upon when a mixture of live rubber and sulfur undergoing bad heat treatment (extreme heat and extreme cold) became flexible, elastic and tough. He named this process “vulcanization.” Since then, vulcanized rubber products were born.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, vulcanized rubber can be made up of natural rubber (polyisoprene) or styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), combined with sulfur and additives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sulfur itself is a slow vulcanizing agent and does not vulcanize synthetic polyolefins. Sulfur content can account for up to 30% of the product. In addition, when more specific properties are needed, more expensive chemicals are used to replace sulfur such as selenium (Se) or Telua (Te).<\/span><\/p>\n

Catalysts are added to accelerate the vulcanization process. It alters the kinetics of the crosslinks. This process forms a spatial network link. Additives used in the vulcanization process can be Magnesium oxide (MgO), zinc oxide (ZnO), fatty acids such as oleic acid, stearic acid, dibutyl ammonium oliate…<\/span><\/p>\n

The final product has a hollow porous structure. Therefore, vulcanized rubber is also known as black foam rubber, insulation foam, rubber foam …<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Advantages of sheet vulcanized rubber insulation<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

As already stated, tempered vulcanized rubber is produced from rubber vulcanization, which replaces the single bonds between carbon and hydrogen with sulfur molecules that bind to other polymer chains. The number of sulfur molecules in the crosslinking should determine the physical properties of the final vulcanized rubber product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Short bonds help vulcanized rubber to have better heat resistance. Foam rubber is resistant to temperatures from \u2013 60oC to 125oC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cross-linking in vulcanized rubber with a higher number of sulfur atoms yields better dynamic properties. Vulcanized rubber does not stick, bends well, loads well. When subjected to long-term bending effects, it also does not crack, does not fail. Foam rubber sheets are elastic, tough and water resistant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vulcanized rubber products are clean, insulated, insulated and easy to apply. Soft sheet form can be rolled up, easy to transport and store.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Application of sheet vulcanized rubber insulation<\/span>

Temperate vulcanized rubber has special ozone, UV and weather resistant properties. Therefore, vulcanized rubber is the leading insulation product used for the external pipeline of thermal systems from solar energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

When turning off or not using two-way heating or air conditioning systems, the water in their pipes can freeze against negative temperatures. Vulcanized rubber is highly effective in preventing such a phenomenon. Thanks to less absorption of steam, moisture, plate vulcanized rubber used to temper refrigeration pipes, general conditioning pipes or pipes of the freezing system.<\/span><\/p>\n

Styrofoam rubber is clean and safe. It is used for highly demanding construction of safety and hygiene. It can be an alternative to mineral fiber cotton profile tube insulation. Vulcanized insulation rubber is widely used for hot and cold water pipes in hotels, hospitals, high-rise buildings, houses and factories.<\/span><\/p>\n

The structure of tightly sealed vulcanized rubber gives it very good sound insulation.\u00a0Vulcanized rubber is spread to soundproof wooden floors, vinyl floors in apartment buildings, office buildings, bars, discos.
