With the rapid development of the construction industry and the refrigeration industry, various types of Insulation cold materials are increasingly focused and used in popularity.
Cold insulation materials, also known as insulating materials, have a thermal conductivity coefficient of less than or equal to 0.157w/m.oC. These types of materials are used for cold insulation of air conditioning piping systems, cold room systems, clean rooms, freezing chambers in the food processing, pharmaceutical, and hospital industries.
On the market today, cold insulation products are very diverse in types and models, meeting the needs of installation in each certain location.
Glass wool is a type of cold insulation material made from synthetic glass fibers made from stone, slag, and clay. Accordingly, this material, which is bonded from stacked synthetic glass fibers, can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius to 350 degrees Celsius.
The outstanding feature of the glass wool material is that it has heat insulation, sound insulation, high electrical insulation, non-combustibility and good elasticity.
In heat insulation and cold insulation, glass wool is mainly used in combination with aluminum foil to make flexible pipes to insulate air conditioning piping systems.

Vulcanized rubber is a cold insulation material made from natural rubber. This is one of the products with high clean standards, free of CFCs, HCFCs and O.D.P.
This type of material has high elasticity, so it is used exclusively for insulation and insulation. With a structure of adjacent and interconnected honeycomb holes, sealed surface, this product has good resistance to dew condensation in refrigeration systems.
