There are many types of insulation on the market but the most commonly used are Nanoflex insulation for chiller plumbing, copper pipes and condensate pipes in air conditioners.
Our company would like to introduce Nanoflex type as follows
WHY INSULATE (INSULATION) IN REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS (AIR CONDITIONING – HVAC: Ducts, Chillers, copper pipes …)
The temperature in the cold system (from 5oC – 12oC) is very low, but the temperature in the environment is very high (from 32oC – 36oC), so dew condensation will occur (the deviation between low temperature and high temperature and the steam composition in the air mass will condense into liquid water) like a cup of cold water to go out. Therefore, it is imperative that we use insulation to prevent dew stagnation from occurring, while limiting power losses and other costs.
What is insulation ? As a material that can limit heat waste for refrigeration systems, ensuring no dew stagnation occurs.
From that ability, insulation materials are widely used in industries such as civil construction, industry …
So in refrigeration systems such as: air ducts, chiller pipes, copper pipes … must be insulated (insulated) outside so that dew stagnation does not occur and affect many other factors.
