VULCANIZED RUBBER – NANOFLEX

Nanoflex vulcanized rubber / insulation gene is a preformed tubular insulation product, standard flat sheet and roll that all these products do not have CFC, HCFC and O.D.P. substances made from lightweight plastics with high elasticity used for the field of insulation with many advantages such as:

– Withstand temperature from -400C to +1500C
– Durable and stable use, low coefficient of thermal conductivity.
– Durable to moisture and steam due to its tightly sealed surface and tightly bonded small cell structure.
– Durable to ozone/UV rays and weather.
– High elasticity, easy to apply and clean.

Nanoflex insulation has a smooth, tough, hard-to-tear surface with high waterproof efficiency, Superlon brand and high-tech printed specifications, sharp, easy on the eyes. There is no unpleasant odor. Made in Vietnam origin is clearly shown on each product.

Environmentally friendly material: Ozone layer influence potential level is 0 (ODP), global warming potential level is 0 (QWP), low volatile organic compound (VOC) influence characteristic.

Vulcanized rubber is the ideal insulation product to prevent steam accumulation on cold water pipes or air conditioning transmission pipes and to prevent the formation of freezing, reducing heat loss from hot pipes or for both types and solar heating systems. It absorbs noise and forms an outer protective layer against corrosion of air and industrially polluted environments.

Used as insulation in systems:

Insulation for pipes (slightly) cold.

Insulation of hot water piping systems.

Insulation of cold water pipes and freezing systems.

Sound absorption and sound insulation for duct systems.
